Review: Fab Defence PR870
ARTICLE HERE
The Fab Defence PR870 is a forend for the 870 platform. It's got two short rails on each side and a long rail underneath. These points allow for the attachment of your standard targeting apparatus - lights, lasers and infrared lighting accessories. The bottom rail is suited for these as well as foregrips - if you're running a pistol grip, and perhaps even if you're not.

Looks good. I am currently trying to find the simple and effective way to mount a flashlight onto my 870. It seems like a short rail attached to the forend is the easiest way accomplish this.
One question though: how does it feel when you rack the shotgun? Just wondering how your hands would feel from the bottom rail after multiple racks.

I have an ATI kit on my 870 right now - no rails on her at all besides the Mesa Tactical saddle mount I occasionally mount on the receiver. I've been looking for a decent railed forend and the Fab Defence seems like the ticket.
Thanks for the review, you've sold me.

No problem, Wilson - Glad I could help.
It feels fine. I mean, unless you've got kung-fu grip, I couldn't see a problem.
